Our vehicles pass through the same towns and neighbourhoods every day, which gives us a close, ongoing relationship with the communities along our routes, not just the destinations at either end.
Where possible, we hire and train drivers, mechanics and support staff from the communities we operate in. This keeps skills and income local, and it strengthens the trust between our business and the people we serve.
From school transport support to sponsoring community events in Thika and Nairobi, we look for practical ways to give back that connect naturally to what we already do best: moving people safely.
Social impact, for us, is a byproduct of doing business responsibly. It is not a separate department.
